Auctioning
Queen of Clutter has began a NEW service of Auctioning and Auctioneering.
Auctions explained:
Our auction services is a system of buying and selling goods or services by offering them for bidding. The bidders compete against each other, with each bid being higher than the previous bid. Once an item is placed for sale, the auctioneer (Tammy) will start at a relatively low price to attract a large number of bidders. The price increases each time someone makes a new, higher bid until finally, no other bidders are willing to offer more than the most recent bid, and the highest bidder takes the item. An auction is considered complete when the vendor accepts the highest bid offered and the buyer pays for the goods or services and takes possession of them.
We offer services for Benefit Auctions, Personal Auctions and Auctioneering.
Benefit Auctioneering
Benefit Auctions are held in support of charities, organizations, families or a specific person.
Queen of Clutter offers services for these specific events as a complete service from start to finish or you can opt into only having us for being your Auctioneer.
If choosing to use our services for a complete benefit auction we will help guide your way, from finding a benefit location, getting donations to raffle off, setting up the day of benefit, using our own auctioneer and the clean up after the benefit is held.
If choosing to use our services for an auctioneer only, Tammy will come the day of auction to auctioneer. No other services will be provided.
Personal Auctioneering
Personal Auctions are held for estates, storage units or a specific person. In many cases, auctions are much quicker services and tend to be only for one day only, unlike estate sales.
Queen of Clutter offers services for these specific events as a complete service from start to finish or you can opt into only having us for being your Auctioneer.
If choosing to use our services for a complete personal auction we will help guide your way, from helping get your property in ready conditions for auction, setting up the day of auction, using our own auctioneer and the clean up after the auction is held.
If choosing to use our services to just have an auctioneer, Tammy will come the day of auction to auctioneer. No other services will be provided.
Estate Sales
Estate sales typically occur after a death or other event that causes the inhabitants to quickly move away from the home. Estate sales usually take place over several days and are open to the general public.
Estate sales generally provide a sale of all items in the home. In some cases, if the house has already been on the market, the new home owner and past home owner do work out deals to keep certain items. Otherwise, everything has a price tag with a marked price.
Queen of Clutter offers these services as complete services from start to finish. The home owners take all items they wish to keep from the home, we then come in remove any items that cannot be sold (personal items, paperwork), stage items to be sold and price all items.
Estimated time of completion of services will be given at consultation.
Property Clean Outs
Property Clean outs are complete clean outs of the home. In these cases, a vast majority of items will be thrown away. If however, we do feel that some of the items would be of use for donations, we will donate or reach out to a donation company to pick up these items. Dumpsters are always needed for these services. At the end of these services we do provide a quick cleaning. Quick cleaning consists of counters wiped down and floors swept or vacuumed. Time spent on property clean out services are based on amount of items in/on the property. Estimated time will be given at consultation.
